Welcome To Drama Skills For Wellbeing

 Using drama skills is a great way to express yourself and be more of who you are. When we  play  a role that we are not so familiar with it helps us grow. We use lots of different techniques in drama skills  that have the effect of making a person feel more invigorated and spontaneous. One technique is called the mental rehearsel this involves playing the role of a desired outcome you may wish to experience in the future,..for instance, if a person wishes to feel more self confident..then we would encourage the person to "take on the role of a confident person".. this may sound simplistic..yet it is highly effective, especially  when we are with a group of  like minded people who are supporting each other.  Using drama skills is an enjoyable way to expand your frame of reference and experience life more fully.
